Getting to the core of business strategic development program

Getting to the CORE of Business is a six-phase program utilizing the red diamond blueprint model-we call them the Red Diamond Blueprints. Business Curriculum for Community CollegesThis Program is very unique. Once students complete the program they'll have a fully functional Small Business System™

The program is broken down into 5 sections with a total of 25 chapters:

Section 1 – What Are You Getting Yourself Into
This section covers the full program in detail including explanations of each system and why you need them, each blueprint and the take action checklists used within each section. You'll also work on defining your business education program and fine tuning the skills sets you need to complete your dig.

Section 2 – CORE Culture Development: Differentiating Your Business
Whether your company is well-established and stable, in the midst of a merger, or starting from scratch, Leveraging Business Culture helps your company identify specific ways to enhance it. This is crucial because people cannot contribute fully to the organization if their working environment continually impedes their efforts. Keep in mind that although top decision-makers can create some favorable conditions, the entire team actively creates — and lives in — the company culture every day.

Section 3 – Preparing for Excavation: Building Your Systems
Today’s entrepreneurial landscape demands that business owners take the time to think, plan and manage on a higher level. It begins with creating a functioning business infrastructure: the inner-workings of your business. In this section, you're preparing for the journey to excavation and ultimately acquiring the Red Diamond. It’s time to begin the strategic work to collect your diamonds. You're going to learn how to define, develop, implement and manage systems and processes. Before you can create your systems you have to understand how they work and how to create the right ones.

Section 4 – Mining Your Red Diamond Business: Beginning Your Dig
Section four is about working through all six diamond blueprints step-by-step, system-by-system. Here are the 11 Systems you will implement in this section:

1. Strategic Planning System – Know Where You’re Going and How to Get There
2. Information Management System – Getting Fit, Focused, Organized, Disciplined
3. Research and Development System – Reengineering and Creating
4. Client Management System – The Lifetime Value of a Customer
5. The Technology System – Relieving the Pain in Your Assets
6. The Procurement System – Investing in the Right Resources
7. Your Internet System – Making Money While You Sleep
8. Profitability System – Crunching the Numbers
9. The Human Capital System – Developing the Human Assets in Your Business
10. The Marketing System – Your Cash Flow Engine
11. The Distribution System – Getting Your Solution to the Right Market at the Right Time

With this program, you will develop each system one at a time, master the process and add the other systems on a strategic and realistic schedule. This section is all about "getting to the CORE of YOUR business"' and to provide the insulation you need to stay in business for the long term.

Section 5 – Pulling it All Together with Business Intelligence
Congratulations! You’ve found your Red Diamond and it’s shining like nothing you’ve ever seen. You’re out of the mine, cleaned up and your image is on point. This section will help you implement key measurement analysis and determine short and long-term analysis criteria. You have to know if you're red diamond acquires cracks and flaw so you can buff them out quickly! Let’s finish up so you can begin living out loud!
